Resort to frequent snacks. Concentrate on calories with ice cream, yogurt, pudding, etc.
Add calories to meals using cream, butter, eggs, carnation instant breakfast powder, and protein powders.

A high calorie supplement is TwoCal HN made by Ross labs.
I have found it on the internet one or two places.
It is 2 cal/cc which works out to 475 cal/8oz.
(Standard supplements from the grocery are 1 cal/cc
Plus types are 1.3 cal/cc)

An extremely concentrated supliment (listed on Walgreens site in the fluid restricted category) is Benecalorie. It has 330 calorie per 1.5 oz (45cc) so it is very calorie loaded.
